Anxiety is becoming a normal part of life now a day. People who suffer from anxiety or depression mostly face tensions about their everyday situations, they are more prone to getting worried about the decisions they are taking in their life. Anxiety usually involves recurrent attacks of panic, which start interfering with their normal daily routine. These people mostly prefer to stay away from other people or crowded areas, in fact, they lose the self-confidence of facing people. They start showing symptoms from their childhood which then prolong to their adulthood. Some people feel a panic attack on a daily or on weekly basis.

The loss of a loved one or other traumatic condition can cause anxiety attacks.

PANIC DISORDER

It is such a type of condition in which there is no apparent harm of stressor but the feeling of fear gets stronger with time with recurrent attacks. People normally take it casually and do not seek medical help. Although panic attacks are not life-threatening they can make the person more fearful and can affect the normal quality of life.

COMPLICATIONS

Panic attacks and anxiety can disturb the normal quality of life.

People may feel difficulty with self-esteem and may have difficulty leaving home.

They feel difficulty in getting into gatherings and feel confused or nervous while in crowded or public places.

Faces problems while at work or at school.

They feel difficulty while concentrating on their work or task assigned.

They are more prone to having suicidal thoughts.

PREVENTION

If you or your near or dear one is suffering from anxiety, try to get help as early as possible as it may have progressed to suicidal thoughts if left untreated.

Try to participate in different activities, and also try discovering new things according to your interest as this can helps to stay away from low esteem or negative thoughts.

If you are taking anti-anxiety medications, try to stick with the prescription.

Make a habit of eating healthy food with more proteins and carbohydrates all the essential vitamins.

If you are caffeine intake, try to slowly decrease the level of caffeine intake, as it may worsen the feeling of panic attacks.

Quit smoking, as along with anxiety or panic issues it has also a bad effect on lung health or other systems.

Exercise regularly.

Try to be more in touch with nature as greenery have a positive impact on mental health and also on your personality, it enhances your personality’s positive side.
